Job summary

Jewish Family Services Milwaukee is seeking caring staff to provide hands-on assistance to tenants in daily living activities, including health and personal care. Under supervision, you will perform assigned tasks and ensure safety and comfort for residents.

Responsibilities include meal support, mobility aid, medication assistance under RN supervision, and collaboration with the Assisted Living team. Night and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as a nursing assistant or CBRF caregiver.
• Proficient in English with good communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a care team and families.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist tenants with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support meals in the dining room and tidy dining areas.
• Assist with laundry and housekeeping tasks for tenants.
• Monitor tenant condition and report changes to supervisors.
• Coordinate transportation to medical appointments and emergencies.
