Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires completion of required trainings.
• Proficient in English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisor and RN.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including showering, bathing and toilet needs.
• Assist with meals in dining room and tidy tenants' rooms/apartments.
• Provide medication/treatment assistance under the direction of facility RN.
• Coordinate transportation to medical appointments and manage scheduling.
• Respond to tenant calls and ensure safety and well-being.
• Attend care planning meetings and report changes promptly.
