Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of resident care experience, preferably with seniors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
• High School diploma or GED and basic literacy in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains residents’ records daily and documents activities, incidents, and changes in condition.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and meals as per care plan.
• Keeps environment clean and safe, performs housekeeping tasks and laundry per schedules.
