Job summary

Jewish Family Services, Inc. seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant for our licensed assisted living facility in Wisconsin. You will work closely with licensed nurses and care staff to support residents’ daily living activities and ensure a safe, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, dining, and mobility; monitoring residents for changes in condition; and documenting care in accordance with policies. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a nursing assistant and CBRF certified caregiver preferred.
• Completion of required CBRF trainings at hire and 15 CEUs per year.
• Proficient in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer resident calls promptly and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dining, and laundry as needed.
• Maintain safety and observe changes in residents; report to RN or care coordinators.
