Job summary

Heritage Senior Living is seeking compassionate CNAs and Resident Assistants to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. You will provide personalized care, support residents’ independence, and help maintain dignity and quality of life across daily activities.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, wellness checks, documentation, and safety adherence. CNA cert is encouraged but not required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification desirable, but not required.
• Experience in caregiving or senior living is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and other activities of daily living.
• Provide care according to each resident's ISP and safety protocols.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using proper equipment.
• Complete wellness checks and respond to resident calls and alarms promptly.
• Document resident care accurately and report changes to team.
• Assist with medications when trained and delegated.
• Follow resident rights, infection prevention and safety requirements.
• Participate in required meetings and training.
• Help maintain a safe, homelike environment and build relationships.
