Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least one year experience as a nursing assistant and CBRF certified caregiver preferably with advanced age.
• Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Completion of all required CBRF trainings on hire and 15 CEUs per year.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond immediately to resident calls.
• Assist with activities of daily living including showering, bathing, and incontinence care.
• Assist with meals in the dining room and with resident activities.
• Assist with or perform personal laundry and linens as needed.
• Maintain good relationships with residents and families; document care accurately.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to RN or care coordinators.
