Responsibilities

• Prepares for services to include setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, photos and keepsakes for client families.
• Prepares documents related to services, cremations, maintenance.
• Assists with respect to preparation of remains and related duties as directed by management.
• Performs office duties such as answering phones, operating equipment, and coordinating logistics.
• Run errands for floral delivery and supplies.
• Serves as an usher and may assist with transportation needs.
• Greets client families and provides information and assistance at the office.
• May wash and clean funeral home vehicles as needed.
