Job summary

sci is seeking a Funeral Services Assistant in Tolleson, AZ. The role handles clerical support, public inquiries, and information on funeral and cremation topics while assisting on services and ceremonies as requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and databases is preferred and willingness to learn is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with funeral operations, greeting the public and providing information.
• Prepare for services by arranging floral displays, seating and personal items.
• Support office duties including phones, fax, computer and records.
• Run errands, usher in services and assist with transportation when needed.
• Help with visitations, memorials and funeral services as requested.
