Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares for services, delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns and keepsakes.
• Answers phones, operates office equipment, and handles basic administrative tasks.
• Assists with service preparations, transport, and ushering; may drive funeral home vehicles as needed.
• Greets and assists client families, provides information and coordinates with staff for ceremonies.
