Responsibilities

• Assist with funeral services preparation and setup for events and memorials.
• Prepare documents related to services and cremations as directed.
• Assist with preparation of remains including dressing and lifting when permitted by law.
• Perform basic office duties such as phones, fax, and multi-line system.
• Run errands for supplies and floral deliveries as needed.
• Serve as an usher and assist with parking or transportation as required.
• Drive funeral home vehicles for services and family transport.
• Ensure refreshments are available where permitted by law.
• Greet families entering the office and provide information and assistance.
• Accommodate family needs during services and visitation.
