CenterWell Senior Primary Care in South Carolina is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You will greet patients, manage front desk tasks, schedule appointments, and help maintain a compassionate environment while supporting clinical staff.

This onsite role requires TB screening at hire, proficiency with EMR/CRM systems, and ability to coordinate calendars, collect copays, and keep records accurate.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in healthcare customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers also considered
• Convey information and maintain a positive tone during calls
• Experience coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient workflow
• Experience using MS Office tools for reporting, data analysis, and workflow optimization
• Experience improving patient care and experience
• This is a patient-facing role and part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. We require TB screening upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage calendars, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient flow.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems.
• Update patient accounts and collect copays when needed.
• Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information and empathy.
• Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Help with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination.
