Haven Behavioral Healthcare, part of Oceans Healthcare, is seeking a Receptionist to provide general reception and clerical support in our Phoenix-area facility. The role adheres to Joint Commission, Federal and State regulations and Oceans' policies, delivering timely, accurate administrative help to leadership and staff.

The position features two 12-hour shifts weekly (Thu/Fri, 8:00 am–8:30 pm) with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette, switchboard duties, and efficient supply tracking

Qualifications

• Answers switchboard and performs clerical tasks as needed.
• Provides administrative support to leadership and staff.
• Maintains courteous and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Answering switchboard and assists in other clerical tasks as needed by administrative personnel.
• Answers phones with appropriate etiquette and operates switchboard with timeliness.
• Provides administrative support to leadership and department staff as assigned.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
• Schedule: This position works two (2) 12 hour shifts per week, Thursday and Friday, 8am - 8:30pm.
