Job summary

South Pointe Rehabilitation & Care Center in Oklahoma City seeks a friendly receptionist to welcome visitors, route calls, and manage mail and faxes. The role supports a small team within a large organization, with opportunities to grow while delivering compassionate, professional service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma ( GED preferred ), strong communication and organizational skills, fast typing, and experience operating a multi-line phone system.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years in office management or bookkeeping preferred.
• Must have a valid email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system and paging system.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.
• Positive attitude and reliable teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls; take messages as needed.
• Greet and direct visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Send/receive and route incoming faxes; manage outgoing mail.
• Maintain fax and postage machines; balance resident trust account money boxes.
• Act as teller for resident trust banking hours.
• Data entry as assigned; miscellaneous filing.
