Responsibilities

• Prepares death certificates, prayer cards and related documents
• Completes permits/certificates and Veteran’s paperwork
• Prepares marker monument paperwork and related orders
• Prepares and distributes daily schedules, reports, and documents
• Receives and processes payments and contracts
• Assists with obituaries and coordination with staff
• Greets family members and answers inquiries in person, by phone or online
• Maintains professional relationships with county clerk, medical examiner and physicians
