Qualifications

• 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families professionally and compassionately.
• Register patients for emergency services with required information.
• Verify patient identification and insurance details for billing.
• Obtain signatures on consent forms and explain each consent.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.
• Communicate with physicians and departments to coordinate patient flow.
• Ensure armband placement and patient identification throughout stay.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to policies.
