You will triage patients, communicate with clients, provide status updates, assist with discharges and financial discussions, and support the ER medical team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of client service, customer support, or related experience required.
• Prior veterinary or emergency veterinary experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming patients and communicate with clients.
• Provide status updates and assist with discharges and financial discussions.
• Support the ER medical team through client service and patient advocacy.
• Assist with basic patient care and monitor status.
• Ensure a smooth and supportive experience for pets and owners.
