Job summary

Vitality Living Group is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to join our on-site team in Smyrna, TN. You will assist residents with activities and basic treatments as outlined in service plans, support emotional health, and perform related duties such as laundry and pet care while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
• Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities as indicated in service plans.
• Assist residents with simple treatments as indicated in service plans.
• Assist residents with emotional health and/or problem behavioral issues as indicated in service plans.
• Perform other services for residents (e.g., laundry and pet care).
• Attend onboarding, annual and in-service training and team meetings as requested.
