Job summary

Vitality Living in Florida is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to help residents with daily activities, basic treatments, and support for emotional well-being per care plans. You will also assist with other duties such as laundry and pet care as needed.

Qualifications include being at least 18, strong English communication, and meeting state health requirements. You will join onboarding, annual training, and team meetings, and you must follow all company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state health related requirements and maintain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities as indicated in service plans.
• Assist residents with simple treatments as indicated in service plans.
• Assist residents with emotional health and/or problem behavioral issues as indicated in service plans.
• Perform other services for residents as indicated in service plans (e.g., laundry and pet care).
• Attend onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings, as requested.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of the company.
