Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state health related requirements and maintain any required certifications.
• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities as indicated in service plans.
• Assist residents with simple treatments as indicated in service plans.
• Assist residents with emotional health and/or problem behaviors as indicated in service plans.
• Perform other services for residents (e.g., laundry and pet care).
• Attend onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director.
