CARE PARTNERS is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in daily living activities, health monitoring, and emotional well-being. You will assist with mobility, meals, and light housekeeping while engaging residents in meaningful activities.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to state requirements for licensing and background checks, with opportunities for growth within the Wellness Team.

Competenze

• Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Good verbal communication and ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Licensing documentation as required by state; pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor health, document changes, and report to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Facilitate social and recreational activities for residents.
• Communicate with residents, families, and team members.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintain cleanliness.
