CARE PARTNERS is seeking care team members to support elders with daily living activities and compassionate companionship. You will assist with personal care, monitor health, and coordinate with the Wellness Team to ensure well-being and safety.

Role includes helping with meals, engaging residents in activities, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Willingness to learn and work within a team.
• Good verbal communication and ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
• Licensing documentation (if required by your state) and be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor health, document changes, and report to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support, companionship, and active listening to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Participate in social and recreational activities to support wellbeing.
• Communicate with residents, families, team members, and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and light housekeeping.
