Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work within a team.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers.
• Licensing documentation as required by your state, and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: assist elders with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor health and document changes to the Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Communicate with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain light housekeeping and general cleanliness.
