Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a caring Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities, personal care, and enrichment in our community. You will work with a compassionate team to enhance comfort, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities include promoting wellness, assisting with housekeeping and laundry, coordinating with health staff, and maintaining infection control. A warm, reliable schedule is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required.
• Medication assistance certification per state regulations preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred and training completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as per care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Review and participate in shift and incident reports; communicate changes to health staff.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs and activities.
• Maintain infection control practices and report accidents/incidents promptly.
