• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with IDD or community-based services preferred.
• English proficiency required, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Provide person-centered support for ADLs and community integration.
• Maintain accurate documentation including ISPs, BSPs, MARs, and notes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in trainings.
