Job summary

OneWell Health Care in Cranberry Township seeks a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with IDD in home and community settings. You will assist with daily living, personal care, meals, mobility, and medication support while promoting independence.

This field-based role requires teamwork, confidentiality, and reliable transportation to homes and program sites. English proficiency is required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: prior caregiving/home health/IDD direct support experience.
• Experience in community-based or residential support settings.
• English proficiency required; bilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, respectful, high-quality support per care plans.
• Assist with personal care, daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and medication assistance.
• Support transportation to appointments and community outings; enable employment activities.
• Maintain documentation, trainings, and HIPAA/compliance; participate in team meetings.
