Job summary

InnovAge Holding Corp. is seeking an experienced Driver – Participant Care to transport frail and elderly participants to Day Centers, appointments, and field trips.

The role requires safe driving, helping participants in/out of vehicles, and delivering meals, supplies, and medications while ensuring correct delivery. You will work Monday through Friday with rotating weekends/holidays, attend interdisciplinary team meetings to support Plans of Care, and maintain vehicle safety and scheduling

Qualifications

• DOT and defensive driving experience required.
• One year of experience working with the frail or elderly.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drives InnovAge vehicles safely and follows routes and policies.
• Loads/unloads participants and assists with getting in/out of homes.
• Transports participants to pre-arranged appointments.
• Delivers in-home meals, supplies and medications to participants.
