Formación

• Comfort speaking with grieving families.
• Ability to follow structured protocols.
• Experience in regulated customer service, patient intake, healthcare administration or equivalent call center experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to incoming donor referrals by phone and fax.
• Speak with families to explain the donation process with empathy and clarity.
• Coordinate logistics with funeral homes, hospice programs, and hospitals.
• Enter and maintain accurate donor documentation in internal systems.
• Ensure all required forms and compliance steps are completed.
