MedCure, Inc. is hiring a Donation Coordinator in Henderson, NV to support our 24/7 donor coordination center.

You will act as a compassionate guide for grieving families, handling consent paperwork, donor history screenings, and time-sensitive logistics with funeral homes and transport providers nationwide. We seek candidates with emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate high-stress, protocol-driven workflows.

Formación

• Experience in healthcare administration or patient advocacy.
• Backgrounds in crisis intervention, grief support, or chaplaincy.
• Experience in regulated operations/compliance within structured settings.
• High-volume logistics and scheduling experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Intake & screening of donor referrals to determine eligibility.
• Guide grieving families through donation and consent processes.
• Coordinate time-sensitive logistics with funeral homes and transport providers nationwide.
• Complete and maintain donor documentation and regulatory forms.
• Follow established organizational, medical, and regulatory guidelines.
• Utilize internal databases and communicate clearly in English.
