Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain active First Aid and CPR certification.
• Must obtain crisis de-escalation or therapeutic intervention training when scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to residents per the resident's support plan.
• Assist in implementing individual program plans and participate in staff meetings.
• Document and track resident progress and outcomes on a daily basis.
• Follow resident routines and protect resident rights at all times.
• Support residents in daily living activities, health and safety tasks, and community integration.
