Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network’s Eagles Wing program in Crookston, MN is seeking a Direct Support Professional. The DSP provides compassionate personal care and supports residents with developmental disabilities and related needs, following individualized plans to promote safety, independence, and well-being.

You will collaborate with a care team to document progress, maintain routines, and ensure respectful, person-centered care in a home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Active First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Crisis de-escalation or therapeutic intervention training when scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to residents by implementing the resident's support plan.
• Assist in program planning and communicate with the team.
• Document and track resident progress and outcomes.
• Follow resident routines and protect resident rights.
• Participate in mandatory trainings and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe and homelike environment and assist with daily living tasks.
