The role supports residents with comprehensive, person-centered care, following each resident’s plan and program improvements. Shifts include full-time or part-time hours, with evening coverage Mon-Fri and some weekend slots.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required/maintained.
• Crisis de-escalation or therapeutic intervention training when scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services per the resident’s plan.
• Assist in implementing individual program plans and attend staff meetings.
• Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
• Support residents in daily activities and routines.
