Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Crookston, MN. The role offers a $500 sign-on bonus and an hourly rate of $15.75, with full-time or part-time shifts (M-F 3:00 PM–11:00 PM; weekend AM/PM).

You will support residents with developmental disabilities and other needs in a compassionate, person-centered environment. The position emphasizes health, safety, independence, and community integration, requiring First Aid/CPR certification and crisis

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Active First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Crisis de-escalation or therapeutic intervention training required when scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Services per the resident plan.
• Assist in implementing individual program plans and provide feedback.
• Document and track resident progress relevant to outcomes and needs.
• Record daily progress and measurable outcomes for residents.
