Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for one location in Crookston, MN. The DSP will deliver person-centered care, assist with daily living activities, and implement the resident’s support plans while promoting independence and community involvement.

The role requires First Aid/CPR, and crisis de-escalation training is encouraged. Shifts include Full Time or Part Time, with a $500 sign-on bonus and hourly pay of $15.75.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required.
• Crisis de-escalation or therapeutic intervention training desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services using the resident's support plan.
• Assist in implementing individual program plans and participate in staff meetings.
• Document and track resident progress and outcomes daily.
• Follow established resident routines and ensure safety and well-being.
• Support residents in rights, daily living activities, and community involvement.
