Job summary

Caring Professionals Homecare, LLC is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Minnesota. You will provide direct care, implement care plans, and accompany individuals to activities, while documenting services and logging hours in the EVV app.

Responsibilities include supporting independence, communicating effectively, and complying with 245D Home and Community Based Service standards. Flexible hours include weekends and holidays, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass MN DHS background check and be eligible for Vulnerable Adult Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with dignity and compassion.
• Implement individualized care and behavior support plans.
• Transport individuals to appointments and activities.
• Document services accurately in a timely manner.
• Log hours using the Electronic Verification Visit App.
