Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Must obtain and maintain First Aid & CPR certification.
• Crisis de-escalation or therapeutic intervention training when scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Direct Services: implement support plans for residents.
• Program Planning: support individual program plans and provide feedback.
• Documentation: record progress and maintain accurate records.
• Daily Progress: track resident progress daily.
• Areas of Support: assist with personal hygiene, rights, routines.
• Resident Routines: adhere to established resident schedules.
• Training and Meetings: participate in mandatory trainings and meetings.
• Environment: maintain homelike, respectful living spaces.
• Health, Safety, and Welfare: protect resident well-being.
• Policies and Procedures: follow training guidelines.
• Reporting Structure: escalate concerns to designated coordinators.
