Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Orrville, OH to provide person-centered support in home and community settings. This role requires high school level education, CPR/First Aid certification, and ability to document services accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with individuals with IDD or Autism is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications, and agency-required trainings may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support to individuals with IDD/Autism.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support health and safety, health monitoring, and documentation.
• Assist with community participation and skill development.
