Job summary

OneWell Health Care in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered care to individuals with IDD and Autism in home and community settings. You will support daily living activities, promote independence, and help participants achieve personal goals with dignity and respect.

Under supervision, you will implement ISPs, monitor health and safety, document observations, and collaborate with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred.
• Ability to document observations accurately and clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Implement ISPs and behavior support strategies.
• Monitor health and safety; complete documentation.
