Job summary

Mount Olivet Rolling Acres is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist clients with daily living activities, personal cares, and program implementation. The DSP supports daily well-being, safety, and household tasks in a diverse, inclusive nonprofit setting serving adults, seniors, and individuals with disabilities in the Twin Cities metro.

Position offers scheduled hours with an hourly pay rate of $18.25, plus weekend and overnight differentials and a $1,500 retention bonus for full-time

Qualifications

Experience with clients who have intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health needs.
Ability to provide person-centered services and follow CSSP/CSSP-A plans.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily cares, medical needs, ADLs and supports.
Plan and implement recreation and community activities.
Drive to appointments and activities using a company vehicle.
Maintain confidentiality and document program data accurately.
Participate in team planning and goal setting.
Ensure proper medication administration and treatment documentation.
