Job summary

Mt Olivet Rolling Acres is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist clients with daily living activities, personal cares, and program implementation in our Minnesota homes. You will help maintain safety, support routines, and accompany clients to appointments and community activities.

The role involves diverse shifts (days, evenings, weekends) and requires adherence to CSSP plans, HIPAA, and company policies. Experience with IDD or mental health supports is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families and staff.
• Ability to drive and accompany clients to activities when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks, personal cares and routine activities.
• Support household chores, meal prep, and medication administration as directed.
• Ensure client safety and supervision, record daily notes and reports.

Skills

Experience with individuals with IDD

Driving/transportation ability

Strong communication skills
