Job summary

YAI is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the Bronx who will work closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Candidates will assist with daily living activities and support individuals in achieving personal goals.

This position offers both full-time and part-time availability, with a schedule inclusive of mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
