Job summary

OneWell Health Care in Marietta, PA is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings. You will assist with daily living activities, transportation, nutrition, and health monitoring while promoting independence and dignity.

This field-based, non-exempt role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to participate in trainings, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in caregiving or home health is preferred.
• English proficiency required; bilingual abilities are a plus depending on program needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, person-centered support per the individualized care plan.
• Assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and medication administration as authorized.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in trainings and team meetings.
• Support transportation to appointments or community activities and assist with community integration.
