Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification offered within 6 months.
• CPR/First Aid certification offered within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities: personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, transferring, and meal prep.
• Transport individuals using wheelchair-accessible vans to appointments and activities.
• Complete ISP and daily logs, track behavioral data.
• Assist with medication administration and maintain documentation.
• Provide companionship, mentorship, and redirect behaviors.
