Job summary

Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC is seeking a Server for a memory care, assisted living, and independent living campus in Seaside, OR. The role focuses on delivering excellent dining service, taking and delivering orders, and maintaining a warm, safe dining environment for residents.

Wage ranges from $17.45 to $22.77 per hour depending on experience (DOE). The position requires weekend availability and flexibility with various schedules to support dining service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Adhere to high standards of sanitation and food safety practices.
• Maintain personal hygiene and grooming while on shift.
• Build positive relationships with residents and coworkers.
• Ability to learn and operate dining room equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record and deliver resident meal and beverage orders.
• Deliver meals promptly and courteously to residents.
• Provide attentive service and address resident needs during meals.
• Set up dining room before meals and maintain cleanliness.
• Clear and reset tables for next service.
• Deliver room service orders to residents' apartments.
• Know menu items and dietary accommodations and answer questions.
• Interact professionally with residents and guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Collaborate with wait staff and kitchen for smooth service.
• Dispose of food and waste per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
