Job summary

Grady Health System seeks a Customer Service Representative to handle interactions across face-to-face, email, and phone channels. The role may involve operating a switchboard to route calls and documenting client interactions for follow-up.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced computer literacy with knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Multitask capability while referencing forms and managing a multi-line phone system.
• Advanced problem solving and critical thinking abilities focused on customer service.
• 0 to 2 yrs prior client-facing hospitality / customer service experience required.
• Accurate data input of sensitive information following organization's protocols.
• Ability to understand and quickly retain training on EVS actions and CRM software.
• Prior CRM software experience valued.
• Ability to type 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service interactions via face-to-face, email or telephone.
• May operate a switchboard to route incoming calls to the appropriate party.
• Record and document client interactions for management follow-up.
• Provide administrative duties for front desk, guest services and related facilities.
