Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Cook for a 11:00 AM–7:00 PM shift with rotating weekends at our Brunswick, GA location. Responsibilities include preparing meals per daily plans, serving on the line, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met.

• Experience in production cooking and/or preparing therapeutic diets is preferred.
• Clear English communication is required.
• Willingness to obtain necessary food handling and sanitation licenses.
• Basic computer skills; Excel and Word proficiency required.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor with residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food using the daily planner and SLC standard recipes.
• Work the food line during mealtimes.
• Ensure that all food meets safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
• Respond quickly to residents’ and guests’ needs and requests to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and co-workers.
