Job summary

Myers-Davis Life Coaching Inc in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join the team delivering Community Based Services under the Arkansas DDS Waiver. The DSP works with caregivers to meet goals, reporting to the Direct Care Supervisor and Waiver Services Director.

Responsibilities include compassionate support, promoting independence, helping individuals develop social and interpersonal skills, and assisting with community outings, personal care, mobility, and meal prep.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid state license or ID.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Should exhibit patience, kindness, and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit compassion, support consumers, and ensure a safe environment

• Assist with community outings, personal hygiene assistance, mobility exercises and meal prep
