Job summary

Myers-Davis Life Coaching Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Arkansas to work with individuals under the DDS Waiver program. The role reports to the Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director and involves a team approach to community-based services.

The position is full-time with Monday–Friday shifts from 5:30am-8:30am and 3:30pm-6:30pm. Responsibilities include promoting independence, safety, and personal care while transporting individuals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit compassion and support consumers in a safe environment.
• Foster independence in individuals.
• Help individuals acquire social behavior and interpersonal skills.
• Provide person-centered care to all individuals supported.
• Assist with community outings, hygiene, mobility, and meal prep.
• Provide verbal prompting for communication needs and home safety.
