Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily care to residents in a compassionate, respectful environment. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, assist with ADLs, and help residents participate in decisions about their daily activities.

Qualifications

• Desire to be part of a person-centered care team.
• Must be able to communicate with residents.
• Prior direct patient/resident care experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residents' comfort and provide ADL care per scope of practice.
• Respond to call lights and requests; report observations to the nurse.
• Support residents' dignity by enabling independence where possible.
• Identify changes in residents' needs and communicate to nursing staff.
• Participate in care/service plans to improve residents' lives.
