Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist residents in our Assisted Living Program with daily living activities and emotional support, while maintaining their dignity and privacy. Responsibilities include medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services, performed with a focus on safety and respect.

We value teamwork, clear English communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Proficient English to communicate with residents and staff.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required by state.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and empathetic at all times.
• Team player capable of multitasking in a high-stress environment.
• Ability to make independent decisions when appropriate.
• Strong problem-solving and confidentiality respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and activities of daily living.
• Follow the resident’s schedule as set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage independence and dignity of residents.
• Respect residents’ confidentiality.
