Job summary

OPS Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care and support to daily living activities. You will work with the nursing team to monitor changes, promote independence, and ensure safety and dignity for residents.

Ideal candidates will hold Indiana CNA certification, CPR, strong communication, and basic computer skills, with a collaborative, patient, and respectful approach to care.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana CNA certification in good standing.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care per service plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist mobility, transfers, repositioning, and safe transfers.
• Encourage independence while providing appropriate assistance.
• Support dining, hydration, and meal service.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
